Registration
To register for a PV Discovery Week, please complete the inquiry form HERE. We will contact you with the dates of our forthcoming Discovery Week programs. Once you select the Discovery Week program that you want to attend, you can complete the registration form. When we receive your registration, we will send you a confirmation email. Your reservation confirmation will include a ‘Payment Request’ from Paypal for your registration deposit of $300 per person. To make your deposit payment, just follow the link in the Payment Request to Paypal. Log in to Paypal as directed and follow the instructions to send your deposit payment. After the funds are received by us, Paypal will automatically send you an email confirming our receipt of the funds. 30 days prior to the PV Discovery Week that you register for, we will send you an invoice for the balance of the registration amount. Again, after payment is received by us, we will initiate another confirming email. If you would prefer to not use Paypal, please contact us for alternative payment methods. We will be happy to accommodate you. Please note, as PV Discovery Week programs do fill up, you should NOT purchase your airline reservations until after you receive your confirmation from us via email.
If you do not have a pay pal account, it is easy to open one. Just go to: www.paypal.com and follow directions. Note that Paypal is an extremely safe system for the transmission of funds from one location to another via the internet. It is owned by Ebay and is used for millions of transactions per month. Paypal takes extensive safeguards to ensure the security of your transaction. When you go to Paypal.com, you will be asked to fill out some necessary information, including the account information for the bank account that you want to send money from. . After you complete your transaction, the funds designated for your deposit will be automatically transmitted to our registration account to be held pending the payment of your final registration fee. Please note that we have a full refund policy.
If your circumstances unavoidably change and you must cancel your registration, contact us via an email at least 30 days prior to the start of the PV Discovery Week that you are registering for. If your cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to the start of your registered program, then your deposit and registration fees are 100% refundable. If you cancel your registration at least 2 weeks before but less than 30 days before the start of your intended PV Discovery Week, then your paid deposit and registration fees can be applied to a future PV Discovery Week. If you cancel your registration less than two weeks prior to the start of your PV Discovery Week, then your deposit and fees are subject to a 50% refund unless we are able to get your reservation slot re-booked and transferred to another party, in which case, your deposit and fees will be 100% refunded. When we receive your cancellation, we will send you an acknowledgement. There is always a possibility that we might not receive your cancellation, so if you don’t receive an acknowledgement of your cancellation, we likely didn’t receive it.
