 How best to explore a potential significant lifestyle change than to experience it up-close and personal on a guided, risk-free basis? But whatever your choice might be, you’ll come away from our program with an education on all of the important aspects of moving to Mexico on either a part-time or full-time basis. You’ll get all of the current information on healthcare, the cost of living, active lifestyle activities, real estate values, immigration, legal matters and many other issues. And you’ll talk with expats and Mexican nationals who will be able to answer all of your questions regarding what life can be like south of the border. In our PV Discovery Week, we cover it all for you. We’ll pick you up at the airport on Sunday, get you to the beautiful, all-inclusive, beach-front Samba Vallarta Hotel ( www.sambavallarta.com.mx ) and help you get checked in and oriented. Sunday evening after you’ve arrived and checked into your room, we will host a cocktail reception for you where you’ll be able to meet our team and relax in a hammock on the beach for a bit. We start each weekday morning with breakfast and a casual interactive educational seminar on one of the major topics. After lunch, we’re be off for adventure: sightseeing the area, exploring the real estate market, or visiting the various shopping, marina and residential areas. All-in-all, it will be a very busy week but with plenty of time to soak up some sun on the pristine beach and relax and assess all you’re seeing, hearing and experiencing. After a week of sun-drenched fun and learning, we’ll take you back to the airport and send you off with an armload of resources to help you analyze how living in Puerto Vallarta may fit your specific circumstances.
Each morning, a guest speaker will address areas of interest for you that they are each experts in. And each of these experts are very familiar with not only the Banderas Bay area, but in many cases, are expats who have made the jump to leave the US or Canada to go live in this idyllic paradise. These include a Real Estate broker, a practicing attorney in Puerto Vallarta, a tax accountant, a medical expert who specializes in ‘gringo’ healthcare issues, a yacht broker and a real estate property manager. Each will be able to help you get a sense of what to expect so as to minimize your risk and maximize your enjoyment of this exciting potential life change.
